The short version.Be fair to other people and to the service. Use your own account, do not copy our data in bulk, and do not use the Bull and Bear to mislead anyone.
Your account
- One person per account. Do not share your sign-in, and do not sell or hand over an account.
- Give a real email address. We may ask you to confirm it before changing a plan or deleting data.
- Keep your password private and use one you do not use anywhere else.
Using the data and tools
- The data, calls, scores and text are for your own research. Do not copy, scrape, download in bulk or re-publish them, and do not use bots or scripts against the service.
- Do not use the service to build a competing product, or to give investment advice, tips or signals to other people, whether paid or free.
- Do not try to get round plan limits, rate limits or security, and do not probe or attack the service. If you find a security problem, tell us and give us a reasonable time to fix it.
The Bull and the Bear (AI)
- They are perspectives, not advice. Do not present an answer from them to someone else as professional advice or as a guaranteed outcome.
- Do not try to make them break their own rules, for example to promise a price move or to give personal buy or sell instructions. Do not type other people's personal or confidential information into the chat.
- Do not use the AI features for anything unlawful or to harass anyone.
Content you add
Notes, watchlists and portfolios are private to you. Do not store anything unlawful, and do not add data that belongs to someone else without their permission.
Markets
Do not use the service to plan or carry out market manipulation, insider trading or any breach of securities law.
What happens if rules are broken
We may warn you, limit features, suspend or close an account, and where the law requires, report the matter. We will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it. You can ask us to review a decision at info@bullandbear.markets.
