Bull and Bear is a research tool. It is not investment advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Markets can fall and you can lose money. Data can be late or wrong. Use it to learn and to ask better questions, then make your own decisions or talk to a licensed adviser.
Bull and Bear ("the service", "we", "us") is operated by [operator's full legal name, ABN or registration number, and address]. Contact: info@bullandbear.markets. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and we do not hold an Australian financial services licence. The service provides general information and educational tools only. It does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it does not give personal advice.
The Bull and the Bear are AI-generated perspectives. Each argues one side on purpose, using only the figures the service has computed. They can still be wrong, incomplete, or worded confidently when they should not be. Treat them as a way to see both sides, not as an expert opinion. We run checks that try to catch invented numbers, but we cannot guarantee that every statement is correct. Questions you type are sent to an AI provider to produce the answer (see the Privacy Policy). Do not enter personal or confidential information into the chat.
Prices, fundamentals, news headlines, announcements, dividend and IPO details and index levels come from public and third-party sources. They may be delayed, incomplete, adjusted, or wrong, and a source may stop being available. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Nothing here is licensed for you to redistribute. Names, logos and trademarks of exchanges, companies and data providers belong to their owners and appear only to identify them.
The play-money portfolio uses no real money. Its holdings and purchase dates are chosen at random for illustration, using historical prices. Backtests and the Strategy lab are hypothetical: they are built with hindsight, use only today's listed companies (which flatters results), and ignore real-world costs such as slippage, taxes and limits on what you could actually buy. Hypothetical results have limits and should never be relied on as a promise of real returns.
You agree not to:
The service may offer free and paid plans, with different limits (for example saved alerts, saved scans and daily AI questions). New accounts receive a seven-day welcome period on the Pro plan, after which the account moves to the Free plan unless you choose and pay for a plan. We may change plans and limits. If paid plans are introduced we will show the price, billing period and what is included before you pay, and we will not charge you without your clear agreement. Where the law gives you a right to a refund or to cancel, nothing in these terms limits it. Prices are shown with any applicable tax [GST rules to be confirmed].
The service, its design, software, text and compiled data are ours or our licensors' and are protected by law. We give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use it as these terms allow. What you save (watchlists, holdings, notes, saved scans, alerts) remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it to run the service, and our administrators may view it to provide support and prevent abuse. You must not post anything that infringes someone else's rights.
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, pause or remove features, data sources and plans, and we may do maintenance at any time. Hosted data may be reset in an emergency; please keep your own record of anything important.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, put the service or others at risk, or if the law requires. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, limits on liability and governing law) continue after the service ends.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any rule, call, score, forecast or AI answer will be right or profitable.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, loss of investment, trading or tax loss, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or from decisions you make using it. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, where the law permits, to resupplying the service or to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have under consumer protection law (including the Australian Consumer Law or Indian consumer law, where they apply) that cannot lawfully be excluded, or liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, for example New South Wales, Australia, or India], and the courts of [place] have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in the place you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem informally.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you in the service or by email before it applies, and using the service after that means you accept it. The version and date are at the top of this page. Questions: info@bullandbear.markets.
